The website provides general information about SKW Garden Services. It does not constitute a binding quotation or guarantee that a particular service or date is available.

Quotations

Prices are supplied by quotation only. A quotation should state the work included, relevant assumptions, waste arrangements, access needs and any expected schedule. Additional work may require a revised quotation.

Access and client responsibilities

The client should provide safe and reasonable access to the agreed work areas and disclose known hazards, fragile items, underground services, protected features, difficult boundaries and any relevant restrictions.

Weather and scheduling

Outdoor work may be postponed or adjusted because of unsafe weather, ground conditions, machinery issues, illness or other circumstances outside reasonable control. SKW will aim to communicate material scheduling changes.

Waste

Waste removal is available only where included in the quotation or agreed separately. Otherwise, waste may be left neatly on site in an agreed location.

Plants and natural conditions

Gardens are living environments. Results can be affected by weather, disease, pests, soil, watering, previous treatment and other factors outside SKW's control. No guarantee of plant survival or a specific horticultural outcome should be assumed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Payment, cancellation and recurring work

Payment timing, cancellation terms and notice periods should be stated on the quotation or ongoing service agreement. These details should be confirmed before work begins.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any detailed limitation of liability for estate or commercial contracts should be set out in a separate written agreement reviewed for the specific work.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
